First Canvas

Sad to say, but this is my first canvas piece. I have 2 more I'll be working on which will be more detailed and may mess around with certain techniques.

I breathe deeply when I feel sleepy....

I breathe deeply when I'm so sleepy close that closet door, that mess is real creepy. Don't want any monster's yellow eyes to even peep me, cause they'd leap any second and then try to keep me. You know how monsters go man!, they are just oh so greedy - think they can do what they want and then just eat me.

Wrote this tonight after waking up after chatting a bit on ichat..lol..my bad to the people I was talking to. Definitely want to do a few illustrations to this.

Paper to Wall

This week I've spent a little time painting my walls. They are orginailly a sky blue but I'll be doing 2 white and 2 green walls. I've been experimenting a bit and figured I'd do some characters on the wall. These wont be staying and will be painted over but here's what it looks like...

Little Lights bookmark

It's been quite awhile since I've updated but a lot has gone down. I moved to Washington D.C. and now currently work for Little Lights Urban Ministries. It's been great so far and I've been busy with that and other things. I will also be giving a lecture to a class at VCU for the AFO (art foundation program)called surface research on Nov 11th. Pretty exciting time. Here is the bookmark I just finished for Little Lights' back to school mailings.
